At the same time, Inductor(L1) starts to store energy which supplied by C1. But when the Q1 is off, Power and Inductor will provide the energy for CL and C1. As the electromotive force polarity at the both ends is the same as the power polarity, which is like two power supply in series when the Inductor releases the energy, then the voltage which stored by CL is higher than Power. Chip Frequency refers to the frequency of switch turn on and off. Then as long as the time constant which loaded by this frequency is high enough, CL can obtain the continuous-current voltage.
